As lawyers who care, we recognise that actions speak louder than words.

And, being based in small towns like Swindon and Wantage, we also recognise how being able to give something back is so important to the sense of community there.

It’s why we offer pro bono advice to those people who may struggle to access it unless it was free.

Because we’re a specialist practice, we’re not able to help with all legal queries. We can, however, advise on those areas we’re renowned for, such as:

• conveyancing and property;
• death certificates and probate matters;
• wills, LPA and family issues;
• finances, investments (e.g. equity release mortgages) and tax planning.
  

And for those queries that fall outside our specialist expertise (e.g. criminal issues or contentious matters such as divorce, employment and litigation which may involve court or *tribunal cases), we’ll always try to point you in the right direction of someone who can help or suggest where else you can look for more information.

Of course, free legal help is still available through legal aid, Law Centres or Citizens Advice.
