Kate has a true passion for houses – she has recently finished her own home renovation. However, when she’s not covered in paint or remodelling the kitchen she’s working to get your house sale completed. 

Kate is our Associate Residential Conveyancer and Chartered Legal Executive – it is her job to support every aspect of your purchase or sale. From straight forward purchases and sales, to re-mortgages and transfers of equity, whether it is right to buy, new build or an older property, Kate will be able to help you along the way. As well as this she also supports auctions and title reconstruction as well.    

“I absolutely love completion day, when we get to call our client to tell them the good news that their house sale has completed. My job is to help make one of the most stressful times of your life a little easier.” Outside of work, Kate spends her time at the gym or with her friends and family. She loves family time with her husband and little girl.
